As founder and President, Isaac Berlin has established BPC as the industry leader in multifamily reconstruction in Arizona. Utilizing an educational background in engineering, architecture, sustainability, and entrepreneurship; Isaac leads BPC’s expert management team. Maintaining a “service based” approach to quality construction work has been instrumental to the success of the firm. BPC’s core values are “Quality, Service, and Integrity. At BPC, the most important thing that we build is relationships.”

Drawing from over 16 years in the electrician/construction industry, Charlie came on to lead Berlin Electric Division in 2012. Coming from the rigorous Union Trade program here in Arizona’s Local 640, he has taken the roll in overseeing all of BPC’s diverse body of electrical projects. His years have been spend working in residential, multi-unit projects, commercial development projects, restaurants and retail re-development, build-outs, hospitals, factories, large sporting venues, and nuclear power-plants . “Starting from the beginning, Berlin Electric Division has since carried the BPC business motto and work ethic to provide a wide variety of electrical services to our valued costumers.”

VP of Construction Development, Rick Hanson has been with the company since 2012. With his experience, wide array of construction knowledge, and resources, Rick has been able to assist in the fantastic growth of the company, as Berlin Precision Construction has become this industry leader in multi-family, HOA, commercial, and residential re-construction, post litigation, and remodeling arena. He holds a strong leadership background working in residential, commercial, and multi-family residence construction, backed up by years of Pre-litigation consultation and Post-litigation reconstruction, and construction defect reconstruction. Rick has built a reputation of quality, timely and honorable work over the years, one project at a time, from the single family homes to the multi-million dollar reconstruction projects, from San Diego, Orange County, LA to Arizona, he believes that, “Quality, Service and Integrity” is not just a company motto but a way of life.
